THE CANCER FOUNDATION LEAGUE

The Cancer Foundation League provides direct financial assistance to individuals diagnosed with cancer who live in or are being treated in Northeast Louisiana. The CFL is affiliated with the Louisiana Cancer Foundation as a fundraising arm to help with outreach and to support the Foundation's programs and services. One hundred percent of all funds raised are distributed locally.

The Cancer Foundation League is committed to improving the financial, emotional and physical well-being of cancer patients in Northeast Louisiana.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Any cancer patient who lives in Northeast Louisiana or who is receiving cancer treatment in Northeast Louisiana is eligible to complete an application.

HOW MUCH ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE?

The CFL Patient Service Committee determines the amount of financial assistance available to each individual.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO QUALIFY?

Complete a referral form and provide proof of income. Mail the form and proof of income to the Cancer Foundation League at 411 Calypso Street, Monroe, LA 71201. The Patient Services Committee will evaluate the application. Questions call 318-966-1953 or 1-800-393-2029.
