Along with The Cancer Foundation League, The Louisiana Cancer Foundation hosts several events throughout the year which supports the life changing programs that assist cancer patients, their families, and our community in northeast Louisiana.
Masquerade for a Cause
DBK Dance and Performing Arts
Fashion Fusion – Where Dance Meets Design
With over 20 local boutiques and restaurants, as well as a cast of over 200 dancers and models, this event is a great evening of Broadway Style entertainment and Fashion with all the proceeds benefitting local cancer patients.
M.A.D. Dash
An annual 5K had it’s inaugural run in 2025 and brings together athletes, cancer survivors, cancer patients, and the community to support each other all while helping to fund The Louisiana Cancer Foundation and their programs.
Cancer Survivor’s Breakfast
Our annual Cancer Survivor’s Breakfast is an event that gives cancer survivors and their families an opportunity to come together, socialize, and support each other through their cancer journeys.
Memorial & Honorarium Donations
Our community supports cancer patients and their families in Northeast Louisiana in many ways, including by donating to the Louisiana Cancer Foundation and our programs through memorial and honorarium donations.
Other Events
Throughout the year, many businesses and community members support Louisiana Cancer Foundation through smaller, pop-up events. We are grateful to each event and those who participate.

Our Fundraisers & Events
Our fundraisers and events help The Louisiana Cancer Foundation provide practical support for cancer patients, hold free public cancer screenings, and fund cancer research and education in northeast Louisiana. Our yearly events include Cancer Foundation League Masquerade Ball, DBK Dance and Performing arts Fashion Fusion, M.A.D. Dash 5K and Cancer Survivor’s Breakfast.
